I was accused of child even low the girl was a daughter of a convicted rapist?

i got accused by a girl who accused me of raping her even low i was never there and had a solid alabi i got put in a childrens home for punishment for 3 weeks then let out becuase there was no evidence only her word she has gone round my area and told everyone i d her to this day and i got badly beaten for what they belived was true even low a doctor examined her and said she had never had she was still a virgin the hymen was intact still it normally breaks when a women is penertrated this has wreaked my life and im asking people should i consider taking her to cort for slander?
