How much help will this be Perry: Ranger teams to go to Texas-Mexico border?

Unfortunately the Texas Army National Guard used to have an Airborne Ranger Company, but they were deactivated. This is the Texas Rangers, for those not from Texas they are part of the Department of Public Safety (State Troopers). While I admire them a great deal Recon teams are not their strong point.
