Problem with my leatherman blade?

I have had a leatherman skeletool cx now for over 2 months and i recently went on holiday and lent it to my little brother in the subsequent time i was gone he sharpened it, when i returned the raised edge that runs along the length of the blade has been dulled down to little or none will this affect the knife it self and if so where can i get the blade sharpened (preferably high street stores) or where can i get the blade it self replaced.
