LL keeping my SD if i did not shampoo carpets and paint walls did not change colors and only normal wear and t?

we lived in house for three years and cleaned carpet five times so it had just normal wear and tear no stains but what was already there i fixed all holes from hanging pictures and couple dings from moving she maid me paint a bunch of walls and fix stuff that is considered normal wear and tear as lease state all damages except normal wear and tear to be fixed bu she threatened to keep sec. dep. unless i did the work to house so i did the work and it took two weeks to do since my wive works and i ended up in hosp. and we need to get our new house in order but anyways she forced me into doing all repairs and painting above wear and tear and they did not expect me to be there and her husband and new tenants brought furniture over and i told them they could not take it in the house so he implied i wasn't getting my SD back anyway so what recourse do i have can i charge for all extra work and time to do the work i have done i also have seen what was allowed for other tenants left and still got their deposit back because i worked on the houses for her since that is what i do and because of doing that work she forced me into doing all that idid by saying she was going to keep my SD i live in utah
