White splotches on my skin?

k, I have these weird white splotches on my skin, they're not spots really cause they dont stick out. Theres normally a couple like two or three on my legs but sometimes theres way more? Its not very big, about the size or a skittle or so. They are also on my arms sometimes. Anyone knows what it is? Also my skin seems to be bruising easier?
