Is Libertarianism a synonym of anarchism in countries other than the US?

Actually no... While all anarchists are libertarians, not all libertarians are anarchists. Also in most other countries libertarianism is applied only to social issues, not economic issues. Interestingly enough, by many social libertarian standards, the libertarian party isn't libertarian at all.
