Does Presidnet Bush suffer from Antisocial Personality Disorder?

The mere fact he places such little value on human life says he has some form of antisocial disorder. Not just our soldiers, but innocent Iraqis. God knows this idiot suffers from something. It may just be a low I.Q. or an inflated ego. Who knows.
